From reading this board and my outside sources that lead me here, it seems like the standard rate for points is $10/pt. There seems like there are plenty of points out there. So unless it was for the owner's home resort >7 months out, why should a renter consider paying more? This is a sincere question.
On the same vein, if the price is <$10/pt is that usually because points are about to expire or owner has larger number of points that he/she wants to get rid of quickly?
Probably should have posted this prior to looking for rental points
Dh is worried about the level of trust required as renter........
