We got 5 day hoppers- could we add a day? Also there is now a slight chance we could return again this year- could we upgrade to a DVC annual pass with these tickets? If so, how? Thank you!

Yes to both questions. Just do any upgrades anytime before the close of business on the last day of your ticket. Any ticket booth or any Guest Relations (inside or outside a park, or at Disney Springs) should be able to do the process.

Gate price for a 5 day park hopper is $435.59, including tax. $451.56 is the gate price of a 6 day park hopper, also including tax. Math tells me that upgrade should cost $15.97.

If you want to upgrade to DVC APs, bring your DVC card and photo ID for all adults age 18+ (who should also be present at the time of the upgrade). Do the math on what it should cost, including tax, and have that number in mind when you go to upgrade.

We did the same thing, but they wanted the children present as well. They don't have their own DVC cards, but they were supposed to be there in person with their own tickets. Just a heads-up...

Would I have to wait until I'm there- can't do now? Would like to get fast passes.

We paid much less for our tickets- $385 for hoppers/water park +
Do we pay the difference between what we paid and the gate price of the 6 day wp hopper- which would be $495? Or do we get a "credit" for just having the ticket regardless of what we paid?
(Parksaver sells the 6 day WP hopper for 447)

And with an AP, would it be the same?

Yes, you have to wait until you're there.

If the CM doing the upgrade does their job right, you should receive gate price credit for your current tickets regardless of what you upgrade to. That's why I said to know what you should be paying. Sorry to not make that clear before.
