From what I understand, you will have to go to the counter. Correct me if I am wrong, but there is a separate Emerald Club line where you will be called from..... I could be wrong as I always just head straight for the EA.

You can probably use the booth in the garage. The car seats are piled up next to the booth (in wrappings).

When you make the reservation (online) there will be an area you can check for the car seat, when you get to the garage, there will be car seats right outside the office, you can help yourself.
I think it was about $10. a day.

We had a horrible experience with Emerald Ailse in Orlando. Because the ressie was in my husband's name, we could not use my credit card to pay. Of course we could ad an additonal driver (me) for $70 and then I could pay for the car. (FYI...I was not going to drive). Needless to say, they kept thier car and we went to Hertz.

Spouses of Emerald Club members don't pay any additional driver fees. Not sure why you were told otherwise.
