? about McD

It is has been awhile since i posted I just had things to do like moving to another apartment, and with kid and DH in school things have been really crazy...

Yesterday my husband and i went to Mc Donalds to eat and I got a couple of cheeseburgers and took them home to eat and they taste dull.. well as I was peeling of the pickle to give to my son I noticed there were no onions (that is the only time I will eat them) so my husband called and said they removed them over a week ago.



Did yours also do that? Im hoping it was just that one, we have like 4 others around... I already email the company to complain.

Why change a procuct that works...

I had a hamburger last week - still had onions. That's kinda weird.

I wouldn't be too upset since I scrape them off - but you are right, why change something that works for so many people.

My DS always orders it w/ ketchup and mustard only so I don't know if they stopped it here. It seems kinda silly to stop it since people can ask not to have them. I love onions, so the more the merrier.

Ours definitely still has them. We stopped yesterday for it and there were a ton on. I usually just scrape most of them off.

Garsh, I hope not! I like mine that way. I always order a cheeseburger cuz all the other burgers are too big.

and that McD said they quit putting onions on because the rest of the McD in the area are doing that. he said the reason is for it will speed up the drive thru. cause a lot of people order without.. then he said I can still put them on for free right now. Which Got me to think In a couple of Months they will charge to put onions on. and those onions are free everywhere else.

I rarely eat at McD's but it would aggravate me for them to remove the onions from my hamburger. Sheesh

sorry late reply. I work at the mcdonalds by me and as far as i know we still put onions on our hamburgers unless people tell us to take them off. i don't see how that would speed up the drive through at all! putting onions on only takes 2 secs and its not like the burgers are pre-assembled so i would ask about that. thats the worst excuse i've ever heard, not trying to sound mean but it is.
