? about Mama Della's

We're headed this coming Mon for the PBR & wanted to try Mama Della's. I can't find any menus online. Any suggestions ? Is the food pretty good ? Thanks !

I can't help with a menu, but we have been there 2-3 times and have enjoyed our meals. One time I commented that the pasta shape for my particular meal was a bit difficult to get up on the fork and they sent Mama over to "deal with me". She arrived in her apron, hands on hips and said "So...You don't lika ma food?!" Actually, the flavor was wonderful, it was just the shape of the pasta...It was all in good fun, and certainly added to the ambiance.

The menu is posted outside the restaurant so you can look it over before deciding whether or not to eat there.

The food is very good! I have had the Rigatoni con Salsiccia e Rape and DH had the Pollo alla Parmigiana. We also shared the Gambieri Shrimp for an appetizer. It was A LOT of food! Impossible for us to finish!

Be prepared with a request when the strolling musicians arrive at your table and ask what you'd like to hear. I was caught off guard, and when I couldn't think of anything to request, they asked, "Well, what was the last thing you were listening to before you came to dinner?" Not thinking quickly on my feet, I told the truth: Eminem. They played me an Italian rap song that seemed to last 30 minutes. DH was mortified.

Thanks everyone ! Can't wait. We're celebrating our DS's 3rd b-day so hopefully they'll serenade him in Italian. It'll be so cute

The food was awesome. I had the chicken marsala & my DH the chicken carbonara. We ended up switching plates. The food was really delicious. When they came with an icecream & to sing happy b-day for my son he had fallen asleep at the table. But the food was the best we had there.

Thanks for posting the menu items! Looks yummy. Anyone know if they will give AAA discount or Annual Pass discount for meal? We can check out the hotel and have a tasty meal at the same time. Do we need to make advance reservations or can we make same day reservations?

I always make advance reservations, but it never seems like we need them. It depends on what time of year you are going, but it doesn't hurt to have the advance reservation.
