How do you get it? Do you call? Where can I get mor information? My brother will be joining us on our trip, but he will be flying down. How does he get the Magical Express treatment?

Once you talk to the people at WDW and make your ME reservations, you are sent a booklet with your "voucher" and bright yellow tags for your checked luggage. Once you arrive at the Orlando AP (or you can arrive by rental car and take your bags with you -- a friend is doing that) -- you go to the area where the ME busses are. Eventually (ours was maybe 20 minute wait) you get on the bus (large roomy tour bus) that goes to your resort. There may be other stops along the way.

Same thing on the way back. Make sure you are at the resort stop (where ME drops you off is where you catch it on the trip back to the AP) 15 minutes before the time you are told to be there.

I guess that's it in a nutshell. Others will most offer other info. We really liked this service and it worked well for DH and I. Our bags were delivered to our room. We just had a carry on with essentials because it can be several hours until bags arrive. (I took our bathing suits, 1 change of clothes and medicines in the carry on).

Make sure your brother is on a (Disney's* resort) room reservation (yours or his own) before his plane lands in Orlando. Usually for family members arriving a few days later it is expedient to add their names on their arrival date.

For going home make sure you (or each group leaving earlier) have validated bus vouchers and a sheet with the bus departure time, a day before leaving. These can be obtained down at the hotel lobby if you did not get them sooner.

If I am reading correctly, it would seem that you guys are going down next week?? If so, the chances of your brother will not get luggage tags/info packet before he leaves. So, call DME, get him a reservation on the bus. They will need your resort confirmation number (be sure he is listed on your resort reservation!), his flight info. Then when he arrives in MCO, he should just go to baggage claim, grab his bags, then go to the DME checkin desk. He will have nothing to show them, but if the reservation was made, he should be in the system. They will give him a voucher right then and there, and off to the bus he'll go.
The one thing you can do is have them send an email conf. when you call to put him in the system. At least he would have that in hand at the desk.
