I kave the 5 days expiry magic plus ticket(no hopping),with 3 plus visits.Can I go first to this plus visit,for example, to Blizzard Beach, and next day go to MK?

Yes, you can. You can arrange your park and plus visits anyway you'd like

Going only to Blizzard Beach on the first day -- You consume zero park days and one plus off of the pass but you do begin the pass's 14 day life span.

You do not need the hopping option to go to one or more plus locations as well as just one theme park on the same day.
