Ok, I am going to be at WDW in time to get one of the new Stitch's adventure pins, but I have a problem, I am also a DS Cm and there is a CM pin event the same day at Epcot.

What are my chances of going to the pin event and then still getting the Stitch pin? Its a LE 1500 and I think it is the last pin, the pin that will be released on Sept 23.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Aryn,
I am not a Stitch collector because it is so hard to get any Stitch pins, but there are hundreds who are. If I were you I would go to the park first and get the Stitch pin. 1500 is a very small number for a Stitch pin to hang around very long.
I was at the parks the day the Olympic Stitch was released. It was a park wide release which means they distributed the same pin all over the park, but I would have thought Epcot would get quite a few. I got to Epcot at 9:30 and the Stitch pin was gone. I went over to Beach Club and Boardwalk right away and they were gone there too. But then later in the day I saw some of the pin "collectors" at Pin Central in Epcot with 6 or more of the Stitch Olympic pins in their bag. I didn't have "anything good" accorcing to them, even though I have some older LE pins and a HUGE and HEAVY pin bag. Peggie

Wow! they really go that fast? I was hoping to get to the Cm event first then go to Animal Kingdom.

Thanks for the info.

On Dizpins is a posting stating wristbands will be used at tomorrow's Stitch release.

("wristbands will be used at tomorrow's Stitch release")

Ok so what exactly does that mean? I feel really stupid, but I have never been to a pin release, and would like to do both pin events (CM and Stitch pin release).

What time do they start handing out wristbands? Anything else that might be helpful to know?

Thanks for all the help

oooo It was so nice yesterday morning.
I arrived just as the park was opening (9 a.m.)
Two CMs were standing out front, even before the security tables. They each had a handful of long strips. :Pinkbounc :hyper: :wave2: ::yes::
I asked if those were the wristband, and one was put around my right wrist.

:cloud9: :moped:

I stood in line for around 45 minutes. (I had to go to work afterwards.)

Easy as pie!! And I hope Disney keeps this up! :cheer2:

Plenty of security at the pin location. There were allowing NO line cutting, and guests HAD to have a band to get in line. When I was entering, I saw several running towards the front of the park.
