? about Kenny and golf cart

I have a reservation with Kenny for a golf cart next week and have not heard from him to plan to meet. When does he usually call to set up time? I know when I booked it, he told me he would call me the week before but I am down to 6 days and wondered if I should call him.

Kenny's wife just called us yesterday afternoon to confirm and arrange payment. :thumbsup2

She said they've been totally swamped - gee, can't imagine why? :rolleyes:

If I were you and didn't hear anything today/tomorrow, I'd give them a call.

We are renting one from him starting this Saturday. Last Wednesday the charge went through (a bit earlier than anticipated, but that is another story.) I did talk to him this past Saturday and he told me to expect a call from him tomorrow to set up the time to meet on Saturday. He has excellent customer service :thumbsup2 so if you are worried I would just suggest calling him.

When I first booked with Kenny he told me he would call me before charging my credit card (one week out) but he didn't call. It was no big deal to me though. We didn't hear from them until about 4pm the day before we were getting the cart delivered. You can always call him anytime though. He was great to deal with and if we don't buy a cart before our next trip we'll definitely rent from him again.

One thing I didn't realize was that they only deliver in the afternoon and pick up in the morning. We were hoping to have the cart delivered first thing in the morning so we could use it right away. I never thought to ask when I booked with him though.
 
We rented from Kenny on our trip that we just got back from. He told us he would charge the credit card a week before and call us the day before to arrange drop off. He did just that. We got our cart at 10am but it sounded like he would have brought it at pretty much whatever time we wanted. He picked it up at 9am per our request. He was great to work with. Our cart had problems staying charged and after calling him, he was there within an hour at our cabin with a new cart. We will definitely rent from him again.

This may have had to do with his schedule and cart availability at the time that you rented from him. When we rented from him at the end of September, he was more than willing to drop the cart off in the morning. Of course it took us longer to get there than we thought it would, so he ended up dropping it off late afternoon anyhow. :rolleyes1 He is very accomodating and will try to work around your schedule if he can.

I'm sure that's it. We were just there over Halloween and he was really busy...fully booked. We weren't able to keep the cart over Halloween night so we had to rent from Disney for two days. I know that he picked the cart up, cleaned it, and gave it to someone else right away.
 
Thank you everyone. I called Kenny and left a message. He called back and said he was going to call me Monday-the day before. He already had all payment info so didn't really need anything. He will call me Monday just to make sure everything is all set and then wants me to call him from the airport when we land so he will know the time we planned is still ok.
I have stayed at the Fort before and rented from Disney so i am so excited to pay about half the amount.
Can't wait - won't come fast enough.

I tried to call Kenny this week but the phone just kept ringing...never even went to voicemail. I also emailed Kenny and still have not gotten a response.Does anyone have his number and email address?
