? about how to transfer dilemma

We are cruising 11/28 for the 4-day Wonder. We had original pre and post 3-day stays at POR. We were able to use e-mail pin for discount following the cruise, but only could manage to get a pre-cruise discount at All-Star Sports. Here's our dilemma--we have now switched our 11/25 to 11/28 stay from POR to All-Star Sports. Our DCL transfers our paid for, and we need to somehow get from All-Star Sports to a DCL resort pick-up location.

The last time we cruised, they picked our luggage up from our room at CBR to place on the cruise bus. Does anyone have any suggestions how we might accomplish getting ourselves and our luggage to another resort for transfer? Do we have to notify that resort, or DCL, that we will be arriving with our luggage in tow?

I believe WDW has a luggage transfer system already in place for people who resort hop. I can't see why they couldn't do the same thing with your luggage. Just transfer your luggage to a DCL resort.

One time we originally booked at the Contemporary. Called DLC to ask them how I would get my luggage to a scheduled DLC stop. I was informed that I was responsible since the Contemporary was no longer a DLC pick-up spot. Rather than taking a taxi, I switched to the Dolphin. The one negative experience with the resort DLC transport is we did not get on the Magic until 2:30.

Maybe you could try leaving from the Animal Kingdom. They have a pick up there as well and you get to enjoy the park for 1/2 day. You check in at the desk they have at the park and they hold your luggage for you until you come to board the bus. You also get several fast-pass I believe as well....just an option. Good luck!!!
