About have a gift basket sent to your room

We're traveling with 3 families; and each of us would like to get something sent to our room for our children (or waiting at the front desk) upon our arrival. Are there any other services besides Pixie Gifts and Gifts of a Lifetime that do this? I found what I want--which is an autograph book, pen, penny book, ears, Epcot Passport, and a pin lanyard--but $50 plus a $20 hotel delivery fee sounds a bit much. Another option would be to just buy all of this stuff at the hotel (BWI) gift shop when we get there without the kids knowing it. They're pretty young so it wouldn't be too hard to do this! Would the gift shop have all of these things, and would it be much cheaper to do it this way (other than saving the $20 delivery fee)?

You can probably get everything but the Epcot passport at the gift shop. I'm pretty sure you can only buy the passports inside Epcot. I don't recall seeing the ears inside the gift shops, but they're probably there. I just haven't needed them.

You should be able to get all of that for much less than $50. I don't know the exact price, but $50 seems pretty steep. Just remember to bring some kind of container to put it all in. Garden Ridge is a good place for cheap baskets, and many places have gift bags with Disney characters.

Since we'll be pretty close, maybe one of us could walk over to Epcot for the passport. I think we've decided to get the stuff together when we get there (Sat), and then sit it out (like an Easter basket) for the kids to find when they wake up on Sunday morning. A visit from Mickey!!! They're going to love it!!
