???? about getting memolink rewards

I placed an order back on 8/11 for a $15 walmart card. On 11/17 memolink told me the order was processed and should be to me by the end of december. Well 1/2 thru december I ordered another reward and saw that my 8/11 order went back to being not filled yet. I emailed memolink of 12/17 and got no response. I tried to contact again on 1/3 no response again. I sent my last request to them on 1/12. In the past I have always had a reply within 7 to 8 days. This time nothing. Has anyone else been receiving emails from them or rewards?? I have never called a RP on the phone but I am thinking of doing so. Does anyone know what info they will ask for if I call? I tried to look up under my account for an account number but could not find one and I thought they did assign one. Any input would be appreciated.

Lots of people who are regular Memolink members (i.e. not MemoGold) are having trouble getting their rewards. The company is either not responding to emails or else sending canned responses.

You can try to contact them thru PlanetFeedback. I have heard of some Memolink members having success using this avenue. But be aware than Memolink my simply refund the points you redeemed and never send you your prize. They seem to be giving members the runaround.

They now owe me 2 rewards and I refuse to do any more clicking on their site until I see the rewards. Thank goodness I never shopped thru them. I went mostly thru MyPoints, eBates and CR. They have never responded to my emails, so I'm not very optomistic at this point. I hope that you have better success.
 
I also have prizes due to me since July. I am a Memogold member - since 1/18. I have emailed them about three or four times and they never email me back. So much for customer service. I really would like my certificates it is frustrating. But then again, I haven't shopped through them either it is just for clicking. let's hope that we all receive our certificates soon. Maybe they'll turn a new leaf like they promised to do.
 
The last time that I cashed in ~ and I mean THE LAST TIME ~ I waited 2 1/2 years to get my $100 Wal-mart Gift. Cert. I would e-mail them and get a generic reply that they were having financial problems and that they were trying to fill the most recent orders. That really got to me. Why in the world would you fill the most recent and not the longest outstanding. It has been about 2 years (with a total of 4 1/2 yaers)ago when this happened to me. But the positive side is that I did finally get it ~ but NEVER AGAIN! Good luck.
 

Thanks for the replys. I too have not been shopping thru them in about a year so I guess I'll have to deciede if I want to keep clicking or give up on them.
