I placed an order back on 8/11 for a $15 walmart card. On 11/17 memolink told me the order was processed and should be to me by the end of december. Well 1/2 thru december I ordered another reward and saw that my 8/11 order went back to being not filled yet. I emailed memolink of 12/17 and got no response. I tried to contact again on 1/3 no response again. I sent my last request to them on 1/12. In the past I have always had a reply within 7 to 8 days. This time nothing. Has anyone else been receiving emails from them or rewards?? I have never called a RP on the phone but I am thinking of doing so. Does anyone know what info they will ask for if I call? I tried to look up under my account for an account number but could not find one and I thought they did assign one. Any input would be appreciated.
