?? about final payment

I booked through allseasons travel for the first time because the price was a lot cheaper. I just authorized my final payment and part of it was charged as DCL the rest is charged as Travel Agent services. I am confused. Whenver I used DU It always all went to DCL.
I am freaking out that DCL is going to be looking for that extra money now. Does Allseasons Travel charge fees? DU never did.
