My 5yo DD went to the eye doctor today for a followup checkup because at her first eye exam they told me that she had large physiological cups and the doc just wanted to followup to make sure that nothing changed. Well, today he said that he wants a second opinion because her optical nerves are different from one another. He said he was being ultra-conservative but I'm scared to death that she might have a brain tumor or something else. Has anyone else had a child with potential eye problems like this? Our 2nd opinion appointment is Monday Sept 9.

I have no experience with this, so I'm going to bump this back to page one for you

{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}} and I will keep her in my prayers.

Your Doctor is doing the right thing. Two of our boys has had eye problems, nothing like yours but serious. If you need anyone to talk/vent to pm me.
