? about entertainment books & HIFS

After getting some responses to look into the entertainment book. we decided to buy one, today . we ordered it online at entertainmentbook.com. Has anyone used this to book a room at holiday inn family suites ? Do you get a card or a coupon to use?
I appreciate any help you guys can give me. the book wont be here for 7-10 business days.

Yes, I just booked a suite at the HIFS today with the entertainment rate! There will be a card included in the front of the book - make sure you pack it because you will need it to show at check-in. You don't need it to make your reservation, so go ahead and make the reservation now before your book comes in. (I made mine online this afternoon.)

We used it this past December, for hotel, dinner theater and car rental. The book has well paid for itself already but we are going back in October to get one more use our of it! Like the previous poster said make sure to take the card with you, they will ask for it at the check in!

How much did you save with the Entertainment card? Is there a limit to the number of suites you can reserve with one card? I need to reserve 6 suites...do you think they'd give me the entertainment rate for all 6 or just 1?

There is a limited number of rooms available for the Entertainment rate. If there is six rooms available for the same rate I don't see a reason why they wouldn’t let you reserve six room for the same rate! You don't need the card to reserve the rate so call them as soon as you are sure of your dates and check if its available. You will need the car however when you check in. In December we paid $73 per night at HIFS, the base rate at that time I think was $146. We also used it for Medieval Times, I think it was a buy one get one free coupon. Plus we used the $20 off car rental. Paid $30 for the book so the grand total of savings somewhere around $550.

The card has a limit of 2 rooms. I have reserved 4 rooms so I need two cards, but is not a problem as the books are DD12 school fundraiser. Got $89 night in Mid-October using card.

So glad to hear there are some repeat guests. This will be our first trip here and I'm responsible for at least 3 other families!

In order to get the room rate, do I have to have an Orlando entertainment book or can I use my local entertainment book card?
