I'm planning to get the mugs, and I'll be on ddp. We will eat a few meals at Pop. Since I'll have the mugs, getting a drink in a cup would be a waste. Can you get a bottle of Coke or water with your meal instead? It would just make more sense to get something that I can carry into the park with me later.

I'm not sure about that either, my family and I were wondering the same thing b/c we stay at WL and have the mugs from other years, our solution was to eat at the resort as little as possible or if we do, order food that is around $10.00 which is what it is if you break down the CS, TS, and snack (if you are the type of person that wants to get ur moneys worth), my guess is that we wont be spending much time laying at the pool b/c we got our park hoppers and the waterpark+ option for free, so we might be spending more time at the waterparks and will eat there, but you could prolly still get your snack at the hotel

Not positive but I think you can get bottled water with your cs at Pop. We;ll be doing the same thing buying the mugs. I plan on filling up a bottle with lemonade to take in a.m. and using single serve koolaid to flavor the waterin the park.

Yes. We got bottled soda and water with our CS meals all the time - used our mugs during the meal and took the bottles to the park. Works out really well. :)

They didn't let us get bottled pop with our CS meals, but I got bottled water, OJ and other juices, chocolate milk, etc.

At POFQ, I don't remember seeing any bottled sodas (basically, if it was on the soda fountain, they didn't have it in bottles), but they let us get any other bottled beverage--fruit juice, powerade, flavored lemonade, water, chocolate milk. Even when my kids ordered 2 kids' meals, one juice or milk was enough for them to split, so we took a lot of bottled beverages back to our room. If you were really thrifty, you could probably reuse water bottles and fill them with your soda fountain beverage, though that might work better with non-carbonated drinks, like iced tea and lemonade.

We usually get a bottle of water to take to the parks with us. They also had orange juice at Pop in bottles, and I don't remember what else.

I know that we got bottled chocolate nesquick milk, regular milk, gaterade or powerade, and I think bottled ice tea as drinks at pop. We usually got the milk and saved it for our breakfast as we had a cooler.

Thanks everyone-that's what I was hoping for. Just hate to feel like I'm wasting anything! Even if I have to get water, it will save us some snack credits later. I want to save my snacks for fun stuff-like school bread and dole whips!

We have always been able to get the bottled pops at the Pop century food court.

But as someone else pointed out, not all food courts have the bottled pop - POFQ does not but they do have bottled water and juices.

in June of 2005 on dining plan we were able to get bottled soda and water at Pop. We had refillable mugs and used them when we ate at Pop. We saved the bottles of water and Pop for our refrig in our room.
