?? about DP Ressie

We got the DP's when we bought at BLT. We recently made a ressie with them, however I haven't got a confirmation in the mail and I don't see the reservation on the member site. Is this normal, or should I call MS?

The reservation does not show on the member website. It took me a few weeks to get my confirmation in the mail. When did you make your reservation?

I booked using my DP last week and were told in about 3 weeks I will get my confirmations. They don't show up on the DVC website.

DP reservations won't be on the website because they aren't your points, they belong to Disney.

It has been a month since I called and I still haven't received my confirmation. I called MS yesterday and they were able to give me the reservation number and verified all the details with me. He said since there are so many requests for "incentive" reservations it's taking them a while to get the letters and emails out.
