? about dining plan

Hi..not sure if this is a dumb question or not but figured someone could answer it. We booked with the fd pin that just came out and we are taking our grandson who will be 20 months old. Will they let me purchase the kids dining plan for him or no? I am guessing they won't because it says it is for ages 3 to 9 but he has a big appetite so it would be worth it. Thanks

No, not unless you up his age to 3 and also buy him a park ticket. It will be more cost effective to pay OOP for his food when needed.
