Does anyone know why there are so few rooms left at the onsite hotels? - Is this the start of Grinchmas? I am also asking the same ? on the US/IOA hotels forum.

Are you saying you cant get a room?? Or you cant get 10 rooms?? Or your just curious as to how full resorts in December??

I personally feel more people are traveling these days (back to normal after 9/11) and that outta all these people more and more of them have opted to travel in what was the off season... Youwill find much higher crowds these days at both WDW and US/IOA durning the first two weeks of December, all of October, and May is even jumped in crowds. I know the difference in pricing is HUGE (I saved over 1500 bucks buy leaving to Orlando on December 15th (the day before school lets out) instead of December 16th.

Anyway... just one persons guess... HTH
