?? about DDE card, who can I put down for .....

the additional card. My adult daughter lives with me, or I live with her depending on point of view, if I should get a DDE card can I put her down for my extra card??? Her last name is different than mine. Thanks

You're only allowed to put down a spouse or partner that lives with you for the extra card.

You can give them any name for the additional card (so your daughter will be fine) Especially since you live in the same household. They will ask if you want a 2nd card, and ask you what name to put on it.

It's supposed to only be spouse. They wouldn't even give me a card for my own father who lives with me.

Unless you order it today, you will be paying $25 to get that second card. The price is also increasing. Changes are effective January 1, 2006.

Thanks everyone. I will be ordering my card in the beginning of February because I want to go in in March , June and Feb 07. I'll only be getting one card, as I don't want to pay for the extra one. I do appreciate all the help. Thanks again.
