? about Coral Reef Diver Confirmation

I called last evening to set this up for my DD's birthday. The lady I talked to said that she would take care of it and I was to email her what I wanted on the sign. She gave me a funky email address (a couple letters . a few more letters . disney.com) and I sent her the info and asked a question, but how do I make sure they got the info? I never received any reply from her. Do I call and confirm or will I get a confirmation from them???

I talked to Debbie and she emailed me right back to let me know that she got everything. I would call if I were you, at least then you would know for sure.
 
I have sent Debbi several emails and she has emailed me back within an hour with an answer!!
 
Debbie is the head gal! Also Yvette handles divers and menus. They were both very prompt and organized!:thumbsup2
 

This made me nervous. I have a diver scheduled for Novemeber and I emailed Debbi my information for the menu. I did not hear back from her. I can't not find her email address or my sent item since it was months ago. Can anyone pm me her email address? I want to make sure she got my stuff before it is too late.
 
Sorry to Hi-Jack, but I was curious as to how early one should request this? We are going in Feb and I wanted a diver sign for our anniversary dinner. TIA!!:thumbsup2
 
I'm not really sure how it works, but I did talk to Debbie just before she left for her vacation in July. I wanted the diver and a persn. menu for our Aug trip. I did email her some photos. I didn't hear back from her, but assumed that was because she was on vacation. Well, we had our diver, but I had spoken to her directly and we had decided what I wanted the sign to say, but there was no menu. I can only assume that either my email didn't get to her, or it got lost in the shuffle. No biggie, dd was thrilled with the diver.

I was at the coral reef yesterday for my anniversary lunch. Be sure you call. email to confirm the day before. I confirmed two weeks before and they lost my cake order and I had to ask about the diver which came after I meal was finished. So I think that might have been forgotten also. However our custom menus were there and ready and done very well!

I just wanted to share my experience to help others.
 
I ahve been working with a guy named Reginald. He has been really good also. Anything he has sent me he has had the little tag that has you send back an email that I received his email. You could add that to your emails when you send them.
I am also going to check on my ressie and diver and cake the day we are leaving just to make sure because anthing could happen
Our diver is for the 28th of nov for DS birthday. when is everyone else in November using a diver?

I spoke with Reginald last week about scheduling a diver and a personalized menu for my trip in December. I e-mailed Debbi and I haven't heard back so I called her and still haven't heard back. I know she is really busy but I am getting nervous. Could someone PM her e-mail address so I can make sure that I sent the e-mail to the right address? Thank you so very much! I really appreciate it!!! :) :)

1) The last I heard, they are not scheduling 2008 divers, yet.
2) They are going to start charging for diver signs.
3) They are too many requests, and divers can't do their regular work.
4) The web has spoiled a good thing.

For this service, I wouldn't mind at all to pay for it. It is well worth what ever Disney wants to charge. I have done it once, and will definantly do it again in the future, no matter if they start charging or not. And who can blame them really, it is a LOT to do for nothing.

I also asked about the diver and was also told there will be changes to the way Disney will do the divers, most probably they will charge and also the limit the number of divers per day.

Debbi has told me to touch base with her again in December and she will have more idea of the changes.

I have sent off my photos for the menus and had a reply within hours from Debbi to say she had received them.

Even if we don't get the diver, we will be so happy with the menus:yay:

I also need help with the e-mail address. I spoke with Debbi. Got her e-mail address, but my e-mails keep getting returned as an error. I have left 3 messages over the last 2 weeks and never a call back. The phone # I have is a new message listing someone else as the general manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was just holding out hoping she was on vacation. Thanks in advance for any help.

:wizard: i have read about the diver sign/personalized menu- I was lucky enough to get an ADR for our trip Nov 5- can i please get more info? I guess i also need Debbie's email. We are going 2 weeks after DD 5 B-Day and on month before DD soon to be 10 bday- would it be wrong to get Bday wishes since it is not technically there bday? Thank you everyone- this board is great! I learned and used soooo much before of Disney cruise last year!
