IS an average size cooler still small enough to check as luggage? We are using that for my 2 ds suitcase. Thanks a bunch

Check your airline's website. They will post the maximum weight & dimensions for no-extra-charge checked luggage. As long as your cooler fits that standardd, you're OK.
