just be aware - they are good...but they are not miracle workers.
Just because you are staying concierge does not mean every door will open for you...we were unable to get into the california grill ANY night during our HM...however we were able to make PS's the day of for most other places.
most recently we stayed AKL concierge...DH made PS's himself for my birthday dinner at the CG...kept saying over and over "it's her birthday, can we please have a window seat". Couldn't have asked for a better table...it was wonderful! And we didn't go through concierge at all.
