? about check in time

I know check in is 1pm, which is much earlier than the resorts.
Do they let you check in early? What time does everyone usually check in?
We will be arriving WDW at about noon on a Sunday. We were going to drive straight through until we realized that would get us in there at 10pm, okay for a hotel but not a camp site.

You can pre check in at anytime as long as it is the same day your reservation starts on. You never know the site might be ready. If not you get your id cards and info and you can take off for a park or DD.

As Grumpy92 said, if your site is ready, they'll let you have it prior to 1:00. We arrived on Sunday, Feb. 10th, at about 11:30 a.m. There was actually quite a long line to check in, so it was probably noon by the time we actually checked in. Our site was ready, so we went right to it.
