? about Calendar Pins

I'm collecting the Months pins from the DS. I added August to my bag today and realized that is much larger than the other months. Is this a fluke for this one pin or did they change the size of the calendar? Just looks odd. All the other pins are basically the same size and then August is much bigger. Anyone else notice this?

I don't have mine in front of me, but I think they changed the size in either June or July. Those were larger than the first 5 months. I just don't get it...

I read the original post thursday a.m. Then in the afternoon I was showing some pins to the little girl next door & came across the TDS calendar pins. July with Minnie does look larger. I have yet to see August in my local TDS - another example of consistently inconsistent!

Funnier still, if you look at the days of the month starting in January, they are not consistent. I don't have the pins in front of me, but if Jqanuary ended on a Wednesday, February started on like a Saturday. It took several months for them to get the days of the month back on track. And...yes the pins are MUCH bigger for July and August (kind of makes it hard to think of framing them as a set later!)
