We booked a Disney pkg (months ago ofcourse) with Disney for our upcoming trip June 13th.
I'm used to booking everything seperately, including booking our own flight with either expedia or travelocity (usually) and being able to pick our seats, and use eticket when checking in and such.
How does it work with Disney? Do I need to call them to ask or does anyone here know?
the pkg that Disney sent us shows the boarding info but they aren't exactly boarding passes. I'm really confused by it.
Each ticket has a white paper stapled to it on the front that says your airline ticket is 100% non-refundable and other info about changes and when they should be made and what fees you'll be charged/etc.
But then the tickets themselves look like tickets but they are really passenger receipts. That's what they say on them and also they say "not valid for transportation this is your receipt" Over on the upper right where you can see it said board pass has XXXXX over it.
??
There are several places on these that say not valid for travel.
So where are the tickets? Are we supposed to have them by now or are we supposed to take these to a check in counter at the airport to RECEIVE the real tickets? And if that is the case- I guess there's no way to try to pick your seats ahead of time, right? And if THAT is the case... what do I do to try to get my kids seated near me? Woe is the person who has to sit by any of my children AWAY from me. LOL
Seriously.
Any ideas? This is the first time I've booked with Disney for the flights and everything... so I'm not sure how this works.
