I won an auction on Sat. Oct. 1st. I paid immediately after using paypal. I have a receipt from paypal. I have emailed the seller twice, just saying that I was the winning bidder, I sent payment, & when might I expect the package to be delivered.

The seller hasn't responded. It is probably too soon to freak out, but I am getting a little nervous. The seller has 100% positive feedback, so that makes me feel a little better.

Should I be concerned?

i problery would try contacting them again.. and give it a few more days and you can always file something with paypal.. i had to do that and i got my money back very fast from them ( but the seller did leave me neg. feedback)

I would try to contact the seller one more time and let them know that if you do not hear by x date you will be filing a dispute and charge back.
I had the same thing happen to me after I won a game the end of July for my daughter's Aug 13th birthday. The seller was a power seller with great feed back. But after I won, Paid immediately and waited.... very bad feedback started showing up. After sending 6 emails asking when I could expect my game since it was needed for gift. I filed my dispute and found out that she is no longer registered on ebay and has cleaned out her paypal account. So here it is Oct and I still don't have the game or my money back. Good LUCK!! :guilty:

I think eBay has a 10-day or 2 week "wait" policy, but either way that's coming up soon if the auction ended on the 1st.

Does the seller have lots and lots of feedback (like a "power seller")? I've found in my many dealings on eBay that often the high-volume dealers simply CAN'T reply individually to each and every e-mail. All the same, there should have been SOME acknowlegment, even if it was the standard form letter type deal.

Best of luck!

Nope, not a power seller. She has 204, all positive, some as buyer, 86 as seller. I just don't know what to think. I will give it another day or two, send another email, & see what happens.

Try sending the question through ebay. Some e-mail servers block e-mail. This may be the case here.

The first email I sent was thru ebay (contact seller link). The second I sent thru my email, using the email I got from paypal.

Update I finally heard back from the seller. I guess she and her family had been sick all week. She said she would be sending the jeans out priority tomorrow. Then she emailed me to tell me that her son had some how raided her ebay pile and wore the jeans on friday and ripped a big hole in them. She is going to refund my money. Fair enough, but I really wanted those jeans!
