Does the AKL concierge offer soda and water bottles? Is there a different check-in for concierge?

Yes, they offer soda and water, but the water is in glass bottles that must stay in the lounge (you can take the soda cans back to your room). To check in to Concierge, just go to the bell desk and they'll take you upstairs to check in.

Let valet know as you approach and they'll send someone to wisk you straight up to your room, or to check in on the sixth floor lounge. I loved being able to bypass the check in desk!

Water is available in large glass bottles in the lounge. I don't believe any lounge has individual bottles anymore. Pop can be had in the fridge at the lounge, or by asking any of the staff if it is an odd time and the pop isn't out, or needs refreshing. they also have a great african smoothie which is always out, in addition to iced tea and lemonade. The pop is coke products.

During the evening appetizer offerings there is a selection of wine out and beer can be requested.

During the evening appetizer offerings there is a selection of wine out and beer can be requested.

They actually have a "beer bucket" now out by the wine. It's a huge chilled container filled with different beers.
