? about AAA

I'm considering getting an AAA membership and was wondering if there are currently any AAA rates for ANY WDW resorts in January??? Does anyone have reservations using AAA for January??? OR does anyone know where I can find this info out?? Thanks so much!!!

If it is room only, you can call disney reservations and ask (407) W-DISNEY

I actually purchased my AAA online while I was making my reservation.

I was lucky to get a very patient cm and explained my "goal" of the phone call. He agreed and said he'd have AAA regardless of the discount b/c it is such a good service.

I gave him my confirmation # from my online purchase, then called back w/ my AAA number a week later when I received it in the mail. You have to have the AAA card w/ you when you check in.

It saved me about $140 on an 8 night stay at a value. But, having had AAA come out to my house twice now, the yearly due has paid for itself (battery and a flat).

For our trip a few years ago, I just went to the AAA website and got a quote from a "live" chat with one of their planners. It was quick and painless. We did save quite a bit, but a code came out that saved us more. AAA was able to use that code for us with no AAA discount.

We pay roughly $69 a year for AAA and we use it for alot of things. Discount tickets at other places and the roadside service has saved us a few times. Last halloween a few teens went around the neighborhood slashing tires. They came right out and towed us to the tire shop. Both cars. So, even if you can't get a good discount with your disney trip with AAA, there are so many other advantages that I would factor in in the cost per year.
