We let our passes lapse and planned on buying them again in the spring. But we got an offer to save 25.00 off of each pass if we buy it by Sept 30. Typically year begins on the first day you use one, but the bottom of this postcard says- "Offer good for 1 year after date of issuance".

Does that mean that the year begins the day I buy? Or does it mean that I have 1 year to activate the passes? Or does it mean something else entirely?

Thanks

I think it means one year from activation. That's why I think I'll let mine and DD's lapse, then just buy new rather than renew in Feb when we won't be back till April. I plan to get DH and other DD AP's when we go next month so I'll still be able to renew DDE and access the passholders website. If I were you I'd do as yo uplan rather than renew and have active passes that you aren't using.
