I have noticed two things with the ABD website. I thought I’d ask here instead of spending 3 hours on hold.

1) we booked the Wyoming ABD using DVC points. I assumed there is somewhere to logon the ABD website and see our ressie. I’ve never seen anywhere on the website to login? Since we used points the ressie shd show up on DVC, but their website is terrible. We have 6 different reservations booked thru them and only 3 are showing. I don’t feel like spending 3 hours on hold with them either.

Is there a place that you can see your ressie on ABD?

2) We booked the Wyoming trip. It’s called the Wyoming trip on the ABD website. The agreement we sign, however, calls it Yellowstone and Wyoming. A small thing, but fairly sloppy. I’ve never understood why we have to paper sign the ressie anyway.

I had this happen once when they changed the name of the adventure from one year to the next and the AbD paperwork still showed the old adventure name. I wouldn’t sign with the old name, called or emailed and had them resend with the name of the adventure I had booked. Yes, a small thing, but the different adventure names had different itineraries and since AbD uses that document as an agreement between AbD and the travelers, I didn’t want any possible major issues on their side with the itinerary based on the name. They were happy to send a corrected document for signature.

I book ABDs using points all the time. You need to login to the DVC website to see your trip. The dates should be listed on your dashboard with the words ABD next to them. While you can call ABD and ask questions about your trip and provide them with your flight and dietary restrictions, any changes you need to make to the trip have to be done through DVC. When you call ABD, you just need your reservation number and they can look up your trip.

Thanks! That’s the issue, it’s not showing on DVC. I’ll give them some time to get it sorted out, and then I’ll call. The hours wait on hold is keeping me from doing this. I have other reservations not showing up.

ABD has *never* had the ability for you to see your reservation online, no matter how it's booked (TA, direct with ABD, through DVC or DCL, or whatever.) It's all either email and phone call or through the DVC or DCL sites (or maybe your TA's site if they have one).
