ABC of Disney

Hi, I am thinking of making my son a book before we go (9-2007) for him to check out what the ABC's of Disney are. Thought I would give it to me to look at on the drive there.
There are a few letters I am stuck on. So, I am asking for any ones input on any letter. I am thinking of this Example: A: Animal Kingdom....then tell a little something about it.(like when it opened and how big it is, how many animals are there....) B: Buzz Lightyear....a character from Toy Story......I am needing some help with this. Does anyone know where I can get information on historical things as well? He will be 4 when I give it to him so I have to keep it somewhat on that level.

Maybe pick a ride and tell him about that. As for the information, there is a thread about unusual WDW information I think on the Attractions and Strategies board. There is a book you can buy about WDW information.

I like your idea. If you don't mind, I am going to borrow it too.

Hey spread the word you all! I am glad that others think my idea is good. DH thought I was silly. Not really sure how I am going to put it all together but when I get it going I will let you everyone know. I will try and take some photos and post them or something.

I was thinking that since there can be so many things to do/say that I would choose like 2 or 3 for each letter so it won't be so borning and he will have plenty to learn about where we are going on our trip. I guess really anyone could do this with wherever they go for a family trip not just Disney.

My son had to do a famous person report when he was in 5th grade (he's a freshman now) and he chose Walt Disney. Along with the written report, he had to do a decorated backboard with a variety of extras on it. One of the ideas we had was similar to what you are doing, an ABC list of Disney characters. Here it is:

F Flik (A Bugs Life)

I Ichabod (The Adventures of Icabod and Mr. Toad)
J Jiminy Cricket

These are all great ideas. I might try something like this for my 4 year old, who is working on his ABCs, for our trip in August. This'll be the second year in a row that he gets to celebrate his birthday in WDW. What a lucky kid!!
