ABC 8x8 - POSTAL!!!!!!!!!!

How are we suppose to bag these up to send in?

I haven't finished up a set to verify that this works but here is what I hope works --

Put 13 sets of pages in a 2 gallon bag. So you will have 2 - 2 gallon bags for each group.

Susan Billings
Group 1 - A

I'm just not sure if 13 sets of pages will fit in a 2 gallon bag -- what do you think?

Well I guess the first person who finishes will be the guinea pig! I'll switch what I am working on and start to try to finish up a page set so I can test it out. I guess if it won't fit in one bag, it will have to go in 2 bags -- as long as everything is labled, it should be fine.

I'm going to work on mine this weekend. My DH is helping me so I should at least have my proto types ready :)

I have my Castle pages done. I can't make "just one", I made the whole set! As soon as I figure out how to hook my digital camera up to my computer I will be able to post a sample (yes, I still live in the dark ages and have absolutely no clue how to do that - I just take my memory cards to Ritz to have pictures printed).

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! When I go to have pictures printed, they all know my name and automatically come help me. :rotfl:
Yes, I might be emailing mine to someone, after I learn to do that!:rotfl:

I have teenagers, they might show me, :thumbsup2 Printed instructions on the screen do not help. Click what? Paste how? :badpc: But, I will get it!!!!!!!!!!!! I honestly haven't tried, but will this next week.
Vicki

Oh good, Vicki, I'm glad I'm not the only computer idiot (no offense intended)!! Whenever anyone tries to explain anything computer-related to me, my eyes just glaze over and my head spins! I'm still amazed I've figured out the whole posting on the DIS thing!

Please remember to sign the back of your pages with your DISname and real name. One page is fine. And a tip -- you may want to sign the 8x8 sheet before you assemble the page. If your page is lumpy, it is a pain to sign them afterwards.

Thanks for the reminder... I'll have to remember that.. now to go make sure I'm doing the right number of sets.... I had a major panic attack last night thinking I wasn't making enough... 13 sets.... that's what I need, right?

Ok, 13 sets... I was way over analizing.... pixie dust hangover is in full swing.. plus DH is gone and all the kids wait for me to hit the scrap area and they "I want", "I need", "mom" whines start in! Now all last night I sit and hung out w/ everyone and they knew today was a mommy day... and yep, it's not going according to plan.... but when does a mommy day ever go according to plan!!! :)

Checking in for my new spots. I did some thinking and I'd like to do the following for Group 3 if they're okay:
A - Adventure
N - Never Grow Up - which will be Peter Pan-esque in theme but I thought would be fun for pictures of kids of all ages. I know I never have a shortage of pictures of DH acting like a little kid.

I plan to start working on these on Tuesday. I will probably have to do the prototypes without the "real" paper - I need to wait for a paper sale to pick up what I need. I haven't read this week's circulars yet to see if anyone has one.
