Abbreviations

Help me...give me a list. I am having a tough time understanding some posts! I can figure out the resorts abbreviations, but some others, such as EHM and ADR, and CM I am lost! ADR = something with dinning reservations? CM= customer something???? Help!

Thanks a lot Jazzgirl! I'm new here too and have been trying to figure out what some of these meant. I've slowly figured out what some of them mean but thanks so much for the thread on the abreviations!
