I just saw something about this and went to the link and tried to look but couldn’t figure out the website. It says you have to book through Expedia. It is for the wish and dream only, up to 300.00 OBC. I don’t know the dates of any of the cruises, I couldn’t get that far. Is this something new?

Sounds like it's an Expedia offering, not DCL.

Most travel agents will do the same thing
It is legit through a google search
Book by 8/15 and sail 9/15 - 12/31

Try and look now as when I went to the AARP site I could see the cruises and sail dates and prices.
