AAH! Fulfilling room block help!

hey ladies!! I am freaking out and we need your help! Our room block didn't work out as we thought it would and direction as to how it worked was not clear or we just didn't understant now we are stuck having to fulfill 15 nights and no one else to add to our ressie list!! That number was higher but thanks to some wonderful ladies here it's now at 15...

I thought Disney was willing to work with you if you couldn't fill them. Is that not true?

I think it will be really silly if they actually charged you for those rooms seeing as no one can really foresee how many of their guest can afford to stay on property and for how long. This is so frustrating!

I am not having a wedding but I just cancled room blocks for a different purpose. I would call and ask what the min number of rooms have to be filled for the contract. If you can not fill there amount then I would cancel within there time frame for doing so. I found out the rooms that were blocked for an event were way more. I found rooms for people at a much cheaper rate and it was so much better as they get a kitchen, one or two bedrooms. Free breakfast. I know that wont happen there. but you may be able to get better rates else where. I wish you a very happy marriage.
