AAAAuuuugghhh....I can't take it anymore!!!!!!!

It has been 322 days (give or take a few minutes) since I was lasted on Disney property and it's really starting to take it's effect on me

I know I only go once a year but the worst part is the there is nothing "on deck" (aka planned!) for me to go . As the Ptbo dis guys know DH (great man, just alittle Disney challenged) has given me a list of things (money things) that must happen before I can book anything, anywhere including WDW. Paint the house, new vehicles, deck, new budget.... yada, yada, yada. Well 2 of the above list are done, so I'm getting there.

But it's still driving me crazy if I knew SOMETHING was booked I'd be Ok, I feel like I'm about to explode...so if you hear of some crazy women running through the airport, clicking her heels saying "there's no place like my castle, there's no place like my castle" throw me on the first EXPRESS plane to Orlando!

It has been over 5 years since I have visited WDW although DW and I did get a visit to DL a litle over 600 days ago we are finaly going in 7 days it will just make the trip that much sweeter

Just did that and has done wonders!

Of course I'm exhausted! But it was great to see MY CASTLE!

I hear ya Wendy....those darn 'living' expenses are always getting in the way ...but then again, doesn't WDW count as a living expense??? I think it does

As Janet says, Wendy, take a weekend trip.....DH and I do it all the time with a great SW internet fare or DING. I use my CAA room only discount and spread out my tickets over the trips.

Hey Wendy,

There is always visiting the Disney Store in Mississauga square one. It is one of the last original style Disney stores and helps us in the short term control our addiction. Of course we are leaving in 22 days and that should help as well!!! After this trip we have agreed to wait a couple years and do the responsible things like renovations and other responsible things that need taking care of. Damn! I hate being an adult...................

Hi MamaDuck!!

We have the reno/budget list too...and here's how we're dodging it and going to WDW!! LOL!

1) New deck.
Eh...replace the floorboards and new railing that need fixing, and re-stain the whole thing.

Voila! Looks-like-New deck......waaaay less $$

2) New kitchen/family room floors.

Bought a new area rug at WalMart.
Floors are clean. They look crappy, but they're clean.
Gotta be good enough

3) Not flying with AirCanada....trying JetBlue instead.

Long drive to PWM, but if Splashmom can go alllllll the way, we can go 12 hours!! LOL!

Bwahahahahaha!
Back to Disney we go!!

We are down to 87 days till we leave then we allready have our 07 trip planned and 2 trips for 08 one of them in Jan 08 for the half marathon and then we head back for 9 days in Dec 08.

for all of you that have had to wait many years: 2-5 years believe me I know how hard that is. Notice the time line gap in the sig....(and there wasn't even a DIS board to pour my heart out too then) When I click my heels I'll wish for you guys to get there soon.

For the REST of you....you know who you are! , I think a weekend trip would be hard on me than the 1-2 week trip after I came home, it's like only eating appetizers and never getting the a fine entrée.

If I could do it ( and keep my marriage) I’d work/ be at home for 6 weeks then go to WDW for a week, all year round….except in NOV, DEC, Jan, Feb, I’d reverse that; 6 weeks WDW, 1 week home. Huh…. now there’s a plan!
