I am totally at the end of my tether !
Had m+m economy flights booked at the 11 month booking window for this July, nice window seats selected etc. etc.
I saw early January excellent m+m premium economy prices so called the Flying Club , was quoted the price difference from when i booked originally to the price the flights were that day and gave my credit card details.
The website on our booking showed our new seats in PE , however when our credit card came through there was no payment going out to Virgin .
We hadn't received any new E Tickets either , so I called to query it .
i was assured all was well and ticketing usually takes a while.
Still heard nothing , several calls and emails later I still didn't get anywhere .
Today a 'team leader' spoke to me and said there was a problem with the ticket pricing and the amount i paid was only for one way .
i argued the fact that the price was on the M+M website and it was a return fee but she wasn't having any of it & i had basically 2 options to either stump up the rest odf the cash or revert to our original booking .
i chose the latter reluctantly after getting nowhere .
I then went on to ckeck our seat allocation and she had ever so nicely sat us all together on two rows of four in line with the toiets !!!!
I felt i would explode !!!!
There are no decent seats left at all ...
Just feel really badly let down and none of this has been my fault , i have been the one doing the chasing all the time at my cost & wasted time (And believe me there has been heaps of that waiting on there automated lines !)
Really don't know what to do .
Just feel rubbish now ....

the lady who took my reservation even admitted that it was here mistake and she never follwed procedure there was nothing they could do for me as there where no seats for my route using a free voucher . I have now got to fly into Orlando but home from newyork and I have had to buy flights down to newyork to get home .
