AAA "restrictions and blackout dates" ??

I have a reservation at AAA rate (made by phone) at RPR for July and regularly check online in the hope that a better rate has appeared (it hasn't).

Under the AAA rate description it says "AAA MEMBER DISCOUNT MUST PRESENT VALID AAA ID UPON CHECK IN RATES SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS AND BLACK OUTS"

Am I right to think I wouldn't have been given an AAA rate if my dates fell in the blackout period? Or is it possible I could check in and find I don't have that rate for all nights of my stay? I guess I could phone and check, but wondered if any of you know the likely answer

When I tried to book my Easter week vacation thru AAA they told me that they were not offering discounted rates for that week. I ended up booking the rooms online for less money than quoted by AAA, though they were still quite expensive $274 a night at RPH.
