Can anyone tell me (or pm me if you can't post it) what the current AAA rate for a Mod is? I'm curious to see if it would be worth joining to get the discount, especially if we could stay a day or two longer! :)

For your dates (Regular Season) 5/30 - 6/5 at a Moderate Resort:

Standard Room:
AAA Rate $131.75
Disney Rate $155.00

Water View Room:
AAA Rate $148.75
Disney Rate $175.00

*These rates do not include tax.

Hope that helps. :)

The rates for March (Peak Season), at a Moderate Resort:

Standard View:

AAA Rate $148.75
Disney Rate $175.00

Water View:

AAA Rate $169.15
Disney Rate $199.00

(These don't include tax.)

Hi everyone!
DH and I were trying to pay for preferred room location (at a mod) using our triple A discount, and the cro rep said there were none available at the time of our call, to try back later (?) Does anyone have any experience with this situation--does that mean I have to call on occasion to see if preferred location rooms have been released for triple A members? The rep was able to tell us that when/if we receive a preferred location room that it would be $20 extra per night. We just booked a standard room in the meantime. Thanks for any help! :confused3

Can't decide if we should try AAA or hold out for a code! I'd like to upgrade to mod and add days is possible, so I really need a discount of some sort!! If I didn't have my heart set on dining, we'd go AP. I wish you could add it!

Just today my AAA TA told me that if Disney comes out with a code that is a better savings than AAA that she would apply that instead. I think I would have to make her aware of it, though. She didn't say that, but just seems that AAA doesn't have their finger on the pulse of Disney discounts.

Each resort allocates a certain number of rooms at the AAA rate. There is always the chance that someone might cancel, and a preffered room location might become available. I would just keep calling back periodically to see if any open up. Good luck! :)

Thanks Rootskate! We'll keep rolling the dice and see what we come up with :)

So you can do the math for any resort:

20% off values and moderates during value season
15% off deluxe

15% of values and moderates during regular and peak season
10% off deluxe.

Another question..........

If you book the whole resort/tickets/dining package through AAA, do you get discounts on each thing or just the room?
