AAA Rates Are Out :

i just called and the guy told me nothing was out for me.

is the aaa based on dates?


i have never used aaa before, so i am new to doing this.

I just got off the phone (again!!) with Disney and got the AAA discount! YEAH!!! It only took me 3 calls, but so worth it!!

I am holding a reservation for full hook-up in mid-March for 3 weeks. I called this morning and she said that AAA rates were not out -- to call again in a week or two.

After reading this post, I phoned again and was able to apply the AAA code. My total was just $30 less than what I had booked -- but then I realized that that total was based on the 2008 rates.

I'll be there during "Peak" season, so my savings is 10%.

Yea!! Every little bit helps!

Rhonda just emailed and said she got me the AAA rate on my April WDW weekend reservation, but not sure what level site it is. It was originally a Preferred (I think) and may still be, waiting to hear back from her. Of course, we may change the weekend, so everything is up in the air now.

For any newbies out there, you do need to have a AAA membership. I was asked for my # when I called as well as the expiration date.

I got the AAA rate on what they are calling a "full hook up" site--electric, water and sewer. I asked her if I had cable tv and she told me no.

I thought all sites were going to have cable tv (including the partial hook up sites)?!!?

Cable or not, I'm glad that I got the AAA rate and didn't have to get a premium site!

i called again and the guy told me nothing was out yet. then i pushed a bit and he said oh yeah they just came out today, but there is no aaa available for 2 weeks prior to easter thru 2 weeks after easter.

I know most holidays they don't give discount rates because that don't really have to ,they are going to be packed anyways.

I would try a couple of CMs before I gave up with anything I wanted, out of three calls I always get three different answers.

Just got my 11 nights in a partial for June 09 at the same price as I Paid in June 2007 with AAA??? Works for me! Now to figure out what everybody else is going to do about staying at WDW...lol

I had a preferred site for next May. I called on Sunday and was told no rates yet. I called back and was told yes, the rates were out and she gave me this great price. I checked my reservation and found she changed me to a tent site( I have a 35ft motorhome). I called back and was told that there were no AAA rates for the preferred sites--just the tent sites. I called back and got a very nice person named Francesca who actually knew what she was talking about. Got my preferred site back minus my AAA discount. Amazing how you can call and get 4 different answers. Thanks to all who let the rest of us know about the discount. I even got my 10 day park tickets before they increased through the mousesavers discount with undercover tourist. It was a very expensive weekend but I feel good about all the money I saved. Thanks to all..

There are several people on the resorts boards saying they got a 20% AAA discount for Jan. Just keep calling until you get a CM that knows the rates are out.

I don't see why you shouldn't be able too...to me AAA is a great deal for all the perks you get.

I was one of the people who got a 20% discount on a cabin for Jan. I called around 7:30 am on Sunday 8/3 and got a CM who did know that the rates had be released and with no problem I got my discount.

The 20% off rate is $238.50 incl. tax

Got AAA rates on full hookup for Dec 09 when I called this Monday.

Just confirmed our mid Dec 2009 site "foot in the door" so to speak with Rhonda today and I don't expect any AAA discounts for Dec, but hopefully can get a break for Jan 2010.

This ressie lead time is getting insane to say the least.
