AAA rate -- worse room?

Hi,

I'm new to all of this. I'm considering booking with a AAA rate at the Grand Floridian. Because it is a discounted room, will we be put in a room that is worse (lesser view, noiser, etc.) than if we booked at the published, non-discounted rate?

There is no special room for AAA rates. Everyone is equal when they assign rooms. I've used it many times and never had a problem at any hotel anywhere.

I booked a Magic Kingdom view room at the Contemporary with a AAA discount and when I checked in I got a free upgrade to the Atrium Club!

SnowWtch is right, room assignment has nothing to do with who you book through.

We always book through AAA. We've never had a lesser room assigned to us.

We booked a AAA Bay Lake Room at the Contemporary and received a Magic Kingdom View. Gotta love that Pixie Dust!

We booked a nonsmoking king room at CSR thru AAA. When we arrived there was only 1 king room and it was smoking. They offered to cut the price of the room in half for the king smoking or nonsmoking standard- They ended up putting us in a jr suite for the week- I really think the booking thru AAA kept us from having to take the first option.
