Does anyone know whether you can change your reservations after they are completely paid for through AAA?
We have a package booked through AAA for August 9-12 at the BC. We really want to stay at BC because of SAB. Our plan was to spend 3 nights at BC, then go to Madeira Beach for 3 nights, then back to WDW for 2 nights at AKL (room only since we'll have tickets left over).
Now we need to drop the Madeira Beach part of the vacation. DS's asthma has been really acting up recently and I'm not comfortable taking him to a red tide area.
One option is to do 3 days on the East coast instead. The other option I was thinking was to change that to 6 nights at BCV, 2 nights at AKL. I was really looking forward to having a kitchen and a little more space at the beach, so I don't want to add another 3 nights in a hotel.
My first question is: can we even make the change? The website says they still have space, but we are leaving in a week. Will AAA let us make the change.
My second question is -- would you do it? Obviously it's a lot more money, but it would be a more relaxed time at the resort which would be nice. What do you think?
