Are AAA discounts for one day passes available, purchased at the gate?

Dont have an answer but I just bought one day one park tickets. I did not find this out because I dont want to spend up to an hour buying tickets the morning I am going. Yes I have read that buying tickets at the park can take and hour or more. I figured my time was worth more then a a few dollar discount so I called the number on the disney web site and bought the tickets and had them mailed to me.

To the best of my knowledge, no they are not, unfortunately.
At this time, a one day, one park ticket is $72.00. It is a good rate, however, one does save money with the park hoppers, especially if it is apart of a special promotion.
Have a wonderful visit at Disneyland.

You don't get a AAA discout at the gate. The real deal with AAA comes if you buy 3 day parkhopper you get free parking. Check with your local AAA office to make sure they are still doing this.

If you just want one day, it is much better to go online with Disneyland and buy an eticket for a one day parkhopper. That way you don't have to go to the ticket booth. You print out your eticket and take it directly to the gates. They take your printed paper and give you real ticket you can use in the FP machines. We have done this and it is very easy.
