AAA payment question

I,m not sure if this is a good place to this, but I'll try. We booked our trip to Disney through AAA back in Jan. for late June. We made our deposit, but have not received a bill for final payment. I thought it was due 45 days before. I now it says in our paper work we sould receive tickets 2 weeks before. She I call? I don't want to lose our deposit or room. I also don't mind waiting to pay till as long as possiable. Any suggestions out there?

I booked through AAA for late June also. The initial paperwork stated when the final payment was due and how much. I do not think that they send you a bill; you just need to pay by the deadline. Our AAA office is close to home so we just went in with our checks a couple different times and had it all paid off in March

Thanks for the advise. I checked my letter and sure enough found a date and i was late. Called from cell phone between running around, and turned out the called my house the same day. The agent left and someone else took over and just put it on my credit card over the phone. I was thrilled, no running to AAa, no check to make out. Thanks. Can't wait to go know.

I went through my local AAA office (really small place) to book our upcoming trip. They were GREAT. I made a deposit, then 3 weeks later another payment, then got busy with life...so Brial let a month go by and by then I was 1 month from my 45 day mark and still over $3000 due. He gave me a quick call and said he could take a payment by phone or in the office. GREAT again, and it was so easy, from then on I was able to call weekly and make the payments. He also called yesterday (2 days till d-day) just to remind me...I think he knows I am a scatterbrain...I gave him my CC for the final payment. Today is 45 days!!!! yeah!!!
