I recently booked a AAA package to WDW and one of the things I received with my package was "sea Racer offer voucher".Is this some sort of water craft to rent? Where would I get this?

# One Planet Hollywood $15 certificate per room that can be used towards the purchase of food and non-alcoholic drinks at the Downtown Disney West Side location. VIP seating is offered from 11am thru 6pm
# One certificate per room for a round of miniature golf at either Disney's Winter Summerland or Fantasia mini-golf courses
# One Sea Raycer certificate per room entitling the guest to 90 minutes of watercraft rental when purchasing 60 minutes.
