AAA package at Easter 09 question

Has anyone gotten the POFQ for Easter week in 09 for a AAA package?Easter is April 12th and we are looking at checking in on the 10th and so far we are told that the POFQ isn't having any kind of discount,AAA or anything else during that time for a package (thats what Guest Service told CM).I know that they have Disney packages during that time,but they won't be discounted.If anyone has booked their trip during that time using AAA package at POFQ please let me know.Thanks

POFQ rarely has discounted rates. They do not have as many rooms as the other resorts and fills enough so they don't offer the incentives at that resort. That is what I have discovered over the years.

I just posted this on another thread about AAA because I called on Monday for a quote and AAA was higher than Disney and the TA could not get me a room at POFQ, only CBR.

Also, AAA does discount POFQ because my friend went in May,08 and saved about $200 than Disney so I was upset that AAA was higher for me. What gives... but it must be because it is at peak season.

Miprender - just out of curiosity, how much are you paying for POFQ for your dates in April? We are thinking of that resort (perhaps getting 2 interconnecting rooms, if possible), and we are going 13-19 April. Unfortunately my travel agent here in Australia cannot get any rates for me yet.
