AAA lounge in Magic Kingdom?

For the first time, we've booked our WDW trip with AAA. I understand there's a lounge in the MK. What's it like and where's it located? We're a party of 8 but I believe only 3 of the 8 are actual members. We're staying in 3 rooms so one person in each room is a AAA/CAA member. Are we still all allowed to use the lounge? Is it limited to how many times we can go per trip? Thanks for any info!

If you booked a package (not room only), each reservation will get one voucher for the AAA Lounge (whether or not they're members). You need the voucher to gain entrance.

The lounge is really nice. They have movies playing (Disney of course). We saw Mary Poppins. There's no time limit to how long you stay. They also have restrooms and you're entitled to a complementry beverage.

We relaxed for a good 45 minutes.

Thanks! We did book a package so I guess we'll get the voucher in the mail. If we get one voucher per family, I guess we only get to use the lounge once? We'll have to pick a very hot day! Thanks for the info.

Where is the lounge located?

I just did a search and found this info:

The entrance to the AAA lounge in Tomorrowland is located along the fence between Buzz Lightyear and Carousel of Progress. Everyone in your party will get one free beverage.

The lounge is located past Buzz and to the left of the Galaxy theater. There is a small gate with AAA on it and it isn't easy to find. CM in that area can point you in the right direction.

There isn't a time limit or a limit to how many times you can visit. There is a limit to the free beverage though. You only get 1 per voucher. It is a nice little place with restrooms and books to look thru and games for the kids.

When we went last year, we were told EVERYONE in your group had to be present. I don't know the truth behind that because we never used our vouchers at all. Got caught up in all the excitement and forgot.

The vouchers will come in the mail along with your AAA Parking pass and discount card. Check out Earl of Sandwiches, it's in marketplace and you receive 15% your bill with the AAA discount card you will get!

I have a question about the discount card you get. When do you receive it? Right before your trip or when you book?

We booked on fairly short notice, so I am not sure if the timing is related to booking or leaving but we got our package of stuff (confirmation, discount cards, etc) not long after we booked and about a month and a half before we leave.

A couple of weeks after we booked we got official documents to sign. Not long after those were in we got our package. We just picked up our lugage tags for ME, about 2 weeks before we leave.

Hope everything goes well, and I will look forward to seeing the AAA lounge.
