AAA issue!

Okay, so I have just changed my reservation within the last week from a AAA room only reservation to a AAA magic moments package. I now saw this and wanted to see if I can apply this code to my AAA package. I called my AAA agent yesterday afternoon and she said she didn't know what I was talking about. Can I call myself to Disney for this?

Which code are you referring too? Normally you can call the agent and tell them to call Disney and see if the code can be applied to your package, you do not get both the code rate and the AAA rate however.
and as a rule AAA agents have no clue there are codes out there, you just have to tell them call and apply code ABC etc.
However nothing is stopping you from calling Disney and pricing out what you have WITH the code, if it is cheaper and available book it, pay the deposit and cancel your AAA package. Just be sure you are not within the cancellation period where you have to pay a fee.
If you can get AAA to apply the code however you get to keep the AAA perks like the Diamond parking and Diamond shopping passes.

Sorry, I should have been more clear - I saw this package discount/upgrade package for our January trip. I'll call her back and try and explain it to her better and tell her the code and see if she can try it.

I just talked to my AAA agent and she already has the codes. I was able to have her call and apply the code and it saved me an additional $247.... If you still run into trouble I would see if you can switch to a different agent. The AAA agent that I have used for the last two years is fantastic. We are paying $1947 for 1 adult, 1 junior, Basic Dining, 10 MYW PH with Water Parks, and 10 nights at the PoP

Had the same problem with my agent. After I insisted that the code was available, she called Disney and they told her it wasn't available. Then she asked around the office. Apparently, the codes are slightly different for AAA. She had to apply a different code. Then it worked. Might have your agent do some checking around.

Just heard back from our AAA rep, and was told that there is a Disney AAA National promo code of ZXK for packages that are paid with a Disney Visa Card. She had to call her own Disney rep to find out about the code/promo, so it looks like it isn't generally known by AAA agents. Here is a rough breakdown of our package/savings:

ZXF code = $2881
AAA rate = $2641
ZXK code = $2415

(Deduct $67 x 2 adults from above price if you want the price w/o insurance)
