....well, sort of!
I ordered 2 children's 3-day parkhoppers and 2 adult 3-day parkhoppers on-line from AAA. I had called to find out if they include the one early entry and they told me no, that to do that I had to book a package with them to stay on-site.
So, what comes in the mail 2 days later? A package with 5 adult 3-day park hoppers, all of which include one early admission. I called the member hotline this morning to explain that someone somewhere probably was annoyed that they expected 5 hoppers in the mail and only received 4. After waiting on hold for a while, I was asked how hold my children were and when I responded that they were 3 and 7, she said that even though they can use a child ticket, they could use the adult one, too. I told her (nicely) that she was missing the point and that I wasn't worried about whether or not my kids could use the adult ticket, but rather that they had sent me an extra ticket with a face value of $149 and that they were out the extra $$ for the difference between what I paid for the kid's ticket and the adult tix that they gave me.
They told me to enjoy them and thanked me for letting them know!
At least I can rest easily knowing that I did the right thing by TRYING to give them back.
